Nano Dimension (NNDM) released a statement reiterating serious allegations made by staff of OSC in its case against Mr. Marc Bistricer, his private holding company, Saline Investments, and other market participants to hold them "accountable for an illegal and abusive short selling scheme that violated Ontario securities law and was contrary to the public interest" in connection with a private placement by a public company – Canopy Growth Corporation (CGC) Staff of the OSC, which is Canada’s largest securities regulatory authority and similar to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, published the statement of allegations on November 9th, 2022, with the next court hearing planned for March 10, 2023.
