Mark Scheinberg is in advanced talks to acquire the owner of the Hakkasan restaurant chain from Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Aaron Kirchfeld, Dinesh Nair and Gillian Tan of Bloomberg report, citing people with knowledge of the matter. Scheinberg’s investment firm Mohari Hospitality is positioned to beat rival bidders for the restaurant and night club business, known as Tao Group Hospitality, sources told Bloomberg.
