Monro (MNRO) disclosed that on October 31, the company entered into a supply agreement with Valvoline (VVV), effective November 1. Under the Agreement, Valvoline will continue as the exclusive supplier of the motor oils, greases, lubricants and certain other related products Monro uses at its retail locations. The agreement will be in effect until October 31, 2026.
