MoffettNathanson analyst Clay Griffin upgraded Roblox to Neutral from Sell with a price target of $26, down from $31. The analyst cites valuation for the upgrade following the 22% post-earnings selloff on Thursday. After a year and a half of seeing more downside than not and yesterday’s “seismic move,” Roblox’s risk/reward “feels much more balanced,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm notes that even through 2024 is a building year for Roblox’s advertising plans, there are ready and willing partners that want to spend on the platform.
