MNC Capital has raised its offer for Vista Outdoor to $3B, DealBook’s Andrew Ross Sorkin, Ravi Mattu, Bernhard Warner, Sarah Kessler, Michael J. de la Merced, Lauren Hirsch and Ephrat Livni report. MNC is offering $37.50 a share for Vista, up from $35 last month and 16% higher than where Vista’s stock closed on Friday. MNC has lined up financing for its offer, according to a letter to Vista’s board reviewed by DealBook.
