Microsoft (MSFT) has vowed to give Nintendo (NTDOY) access to the "Call of Duty" games for 10 years if its $75B deal to buy its developer Activision Blizzard (ATVI) gets approved, Sarah Needleman of Wall Street Journal reported. This comes after Microsoft’s similar offer to PlayStation maker Sony (SONY). Globally, regulators are investigating whether the Activision deal would give Microsoft an unfair competitive advantage.
