JPMorgan raised the firm’s price target on Microsoft (MSFT) to $575 from $565 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares following the earnings report. The firm believes Microsoft’s fundamentals are “trending in the right direction,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says Azure growth remains elevated, bookings metrics are showing strength, and expectations for fiscal 2026 spending are revised up materially to support a potential doubling of data center footprint over the next two years.
