Microsoft expects CMA to oppose Activision deal, NY Times reports

Microsoft’s (MSFT) legal team expects the U.K.’s CMA to oppose the Activision (ATVI) deal, which may show a new antitrust enforcement alignment across the U.S., U.K., and EU, The New York Times’ Ephrat Livni and Michael J. de la Merced reported over the weekend.
