Microsoft Gaming (MSFT) CEO Phil Spencer announced that the Xbox maker and EE are expanding their partnership with a 10-year commitment in cloud gaming to bring PC games built by Activision Blizzard (ATVI), following the acquisition, and Xbox to EE customers.
