Microsoft Copilot expansion an incremental positive, says Citi

Citi analyst Tyler Radke says that earlier this week Microsoft broadened Office Copilot access to consumers as well as more enterprises. Key updates include the introduction of Copilot Pro for individuals at $20 per month, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm views the news as an incremental positive, saying it gives greater confidence in its fiscal 2026 M365 Copilot estimate. The broader rollout suggests Microsoft is confident in CoPilot capabilities and managing back-end infrastructure costs, the firm adds. It keeps a Buy rating on Microsoft with a $432 price target.
