Barclays analyst Alex Scott lowered the firm’s price target on MetLife (MET) to $90 from $91 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The company’s operating earnings missed estimates due to weaker results in most segments, but especially in Group Benefits, Retirement Income Solutions, and Asia on a normalized basis, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
