Meta’s Oversight Board is preparing to make some job cuts, The Washington Post’s Naomi Nix reports. The independent oversight body last week told some employees that their jobs were at risk of being cut, according to people familiar with the matter. The cuts are expected to affect staff who support the 22 experts, such as academics and lawyers, who make decisions about content moderation on Facebook, Instagram and Threads, Nix writes.
