Meta is once again exploring the cryptocurrency space, Leo Schwartz and Ben Weiss of Fortune reported, citing five people familiar with the matter. The company is reportedly in talks with crypto firms about using stablecoins to facilitate payouts. It has also brought on a vice president of product with a background in crypto to help guide the initiative. The talks are still in early stages and Meta declined to comment.
