TD Cowen analyst John Blackledge raised the firm’s price target on Meta Platforms to $190 from $175 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said they disclosed an update to employees on the company s 23 efficiency plans; the update calls for a headcount reduction of 10K and elimination of 5K open positions and we updated our model to reflect the new guidance.
