Meta Materials announces results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Meta Materials announced the results of its annual meeting of META shareholders, which was held virtually on December 5th. All seven nominees were elected as directors of the Company, KPMG LLP was appointed as auditor of the Company, and the compensation of META’s named executive officers was approved on an advisory basis.
