BofA resumed coverage of Mercury Systems with an Underperform rating and $30 price target. The firm looks favorably on Mercury’s efforts to address challenged programs and poor mix despite the strategic review having not ended up in a sale of the business, the analyst tells investors. However, the road to margin and free cash flow expansion will be “long and winding,” the analyst added.
