McKesson intends to sell Canadian drugstore chain Rexall Pharmacy seven years after the U.S. company acquired the business for roughly C$3B, Reuters’ Maiya Keidan reports, citing a source familiar with the process. The Texas-based drug distributor has mandated CIBC as a sellside financial advisor, the author notes.
