McDonald’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.77 per share of common stock payable on December 16, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2024. “The 6% increase over the company’s previous quarterly dividend reflects continued confidence in the Accelerating the Arches growth strategy and our ability to drive long-term profitable growth for all stakeholders.”
