Marin Software (MRIN) said it has renewed its revenue share agreement with Google (GOOGL) for another three years. Under this agreement, Google will continue to make revenue payments to Marin based on the total paid search spend managed through the latter’s platform across Google and other search publishers. “This partnership enables us to advance the Marin platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the world’s leading search advertisers,” Marin’s chief Chris Lien said.
