LVMH, L’Oreal among suitors for stake in Natura &Co’s Aesop, Bloomberg says

LVMH (LVMUY) and L’Oreal (LRLCY) are among the companies weighing offers for a stake in Aesop, which is owned by Brazilian cosmetics maker Natura & Co. (NTCO), reported Bloomberg’s Ruth David, Vinicius Andrade and Angelina Rascouet, citing sources. Japan’s Shiseido (SSDOY) is also studying a potential bid for an interest in Aesop, which may be valued at $2B or more in a stake sale, people familiar with the matter tell the news service.
