LQR House prices 157.14M shares at 7c in public offering

LQR House announced the pricing of a public offering of 157,142,857 shares of common stock, par value $ 0.0001 per share at a public offering price of $0.07 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $11,000,000, prior to deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 23,571,429 shares of common stock at the public offering price per share, less the underwriting discounts to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on November 13, 2023, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments is acting as the sole book running manager for the offering. Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP is acting as legal counsel to the Company, Lucosky Brookman LLP is acting as legal counsel to EF Hutton.
