The company’s stores provide customers a unique and compelling experience, including exciting visual presentations, highly experiential store elements, and superior customer service, the analyst tells investors in a research note, adding that Dick’s also offers a differentiated merchandise assortment and generates consistent positive free cash flow. The firm adds however that the stock is trading at significant premiums to its comparable companies and historical levels, while already pricing in its bullish fundamentals.
