In a regulatory filing, Logitech (LOGI) International said that effective as of March 3, as part of an updated organizational structure of the company, Prakash Arunkundrum, Chief Operating Officer of the company, transitioned as Chief Operating Officer and became the President of Logitech for Business. “Arunkundrum will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Group Management Team. The board of directors of the Company does not intend to fill the role of Chief Operating Officer at this time,” the filing noted.
