Lockheed Martin was awarded a $622.36M firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide program management, non-recurring unique requirements, and training in support of integration efforts for the government of Germany into the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program as a Foreign Military Sales, or FMS, customer. Work is expected to be completed in December 2027. FMS customer funds in the amount of $622.36M will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
