Lockheed Martin awarded $348.46M Navy contract order

Lockheed Martin was awarded a not-to-exceed $348.46M undefinitized, cost-plus-fixed-fee order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement. This contract procures initial air vehicle spares for the production Lot 18 aircraft to include basic spares pool/global spares pool spares shared between the involved customers, customer specific afloat spares pool/deployable spares pool as well as associated support and consumables to meet immediate maintenance needs of the Joint Strike Fighter Program for the Navy, Air Force, Marine Corp, Foreign Military Sales customers, and non-U.S. Department of Defense participants. Work is expected to be completed in October 2029. Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
