Lockheed Martin was awarded a not-to-exceed $120.27M, firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract. This modification adds scope to procure additional long-lead time materials to support 21 full rate production, Lot Nine, CH-53K King Stallion aircraft. Work is expected to be completed in March 2025. FY24 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $120.27M will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
