LoanDepot price target lowered to $1.25 from $1.50 at Citi

Citi analyst Arren Cyganovich lowered the firm’s price target on LoanDepot to $1.25 from $1.50 and keeps a Sell rating on the shares post the Q3 results. The company reported a bigger net loss than expected, but mortgage originations and gain on sale margin both came in better than expected, Cyganovich tells investors in a research note.
