Lincoln Electric Holdings (LECO) announced that Bonnie Fetch, Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing, for Cummins (CMI), has been elected to Lincoln Electric’s Board of Directors, effective July 20, 2023. She will serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee. Ms. Fetch’s appointment expands Lincoln Electric’s Board to 11 directors, 10 of whom are independent.
