BTIG raised the firm’s price target on Lightspeed to $24 from $20 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm says its multi-year bull, bear and base analysis for Lightspeed “remains compelling.” The Lightspeed Payments mandate has been better received by customers than some investors have feared, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm notes that its valuation based on fiscal 2027 numbers “continues to have cautious estimates.” Lightspeed is trading near a 52-week high but BTIG continues to see upside as the company executes on its Lightspeed Payments mandate and shifts its customer base towards higher volume merchants.
