The analyst believes the broadband environment still seems challenging from slowing industry growth and ongoing competition. It expects a more challenging earnings season for cable broadband in Q1. Citi trimmed its Q1 broadband and incorporated some degree of Affordable Connectivity Program risk in future periods.
