OTR Global initiated coverage of Levi Strauss with a Positive rating, saying its checks show the company’s Q2 same-store-sales growth year-over-year was steady at full-price stores and accelerated at outlets stores. The firm says Levi’s retail store sales at least met plan during Q2, helped by fashion trends, increased traffic and strong Memorial Day sales, despite lower promotions.
