Baird raised the firm’s price target on Leonardo DRS to $23 from $19 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm said its target increase reflects its 12-month thesis having played out as expected, with continued upside expected with backlogs growing 50% and improved Naval contract pricing kicks in starting 2024, supported by modernization tailwinds within DRS Land Systems.
