Wells Fargo analyst Sam Reid raised the firm’s price target on Lennar to $205 from $195 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm says that “agent pessimism moderated in August,” with most metrics modestly improved via rate relief. For builders, rate incentives were flattish month-over-month, while buyer interest in new builds vs. resales stepped-up.
