Lemonade to delay filing annual report on Form 10-K

Lemonade will not, without unreasonable effort and expense, be able to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 within the prescribed time period. The company requires additional time to address the accounting for its acquisition of Metromile, which includes complex accounting and disclosure requirements. The company currently expects that it will be able to complete the necessary work to file the Form 10-K within the extension period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
