Canaccord analyst T. Michael Walkley lowered the firm’s price target on Lantronix to $10 from $11 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst said the company also reiterated its $40M contract with Gridspertise that was above our initial $30M expectation. With this larger deal now pushed two quarters or into F2024, we anticipate a strong ramp in F2024 revenue growth with earnings leverage.
