Stephens analyst Jim Salera initiated coverage of Lancaster Colony with an Overweight rating and $205 price target. Lancaster has a diversified model with exposure to both the traditional retail and foodservice channels, says the analyst, who sees this providing stability for the company’s sales growth and “a level of predictability for its revenues” given its “very sticky” partnerships with large restaurant brands.
