Stifel analyst Brian Chin raised the firm’s price target on Lam Research (LRCX) to $110 from $92 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares ahead of the company reporting fiscal Q4 earnings this Wednesday. Investments in AI infrastructure “appear undeterred, and if anything are accelerating again,” which the firm sees being to the further benefit of Lam in 2026 as this bolsters leading-edge Foundry/DRAM expansion and vertical scaling and upgrades in NAND.
