BofA raised the firm’s price target on Ladder Capital to $13 from $11 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Ladder reported Q2 distributable EPS of 31c, a penny above consensus and in-line with BofA’s estimate, notes the analyst, whose updated distributable EPS estimates point to a Q3 trough before ramping in 4Q24-4Q25 due to portfolio growth.
