L3Harris Technologies (LHX) is nearing a deal to buy rocket engine maker Aerojet Rocketdyne (AJRD) for about $4.7 billion, Bloomberg’s Michelle F Davis, Liana Baker, and Kiel Porter report, citing a person familiar with the matter.
