RBC Capital analyst Elvira Scotto raised the firm’s price target on Kodiak Gas Services to $30 from $28 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company’s Q1 results were “solid” and its 2024 guidance inclusive of CSI Compressco operations acquisition was above estimates, the analyst tells investors in a research note. RBC adds that it remains positive on the stock as Kodiak’s utilization and pricing should be bolstered by the tight compression market.
