TD Cowen analyst Jason Seidl lowered the firm’s price target on Knight-Swift to $67 from $70 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst noted results came in below our estimate and the consensus forecast in 1Q as TL rates struggle to find a bottom and the company s third-party insurance business took a large hit as small carriers struggled to cover insurance premiums.
