Evercore ISI lowered the firm’s price target on Knight-Swift to $53 from $55 and keeps an In Line rating on the shares. Knight-Swift has “finally recalibrated estimates appropriately,” says the firm. While the firm’s estimates still come in just below the low-end of the Q2 guidance range, Evercore contends that a” penny or so shortfall wouldn’t warrant the same strong reactions of prior larger misses.”
