KKR is looking to revive the process to sell Goodpack in a potentially multibillion-dollar deal, P.R. Venkat of The Wall Street Journal reports. The firm is in early discussions with advisers to sell Goodpack and a formal sales process could begin in Q3 or early Q4, people familiar with the plan told the Journal. KKR previously considered a sale in 2020, but this didn’t materialize because of the pandemic and volatile market, one of the Journal’s sources said.
