Kirkland’s price target raised to $2.50 from $1.50 at Craig-Hallum

Craig-Hallum analyst Jeremy Hamblin raised the firm’s price target on Kirkland’s to $2.50 from $1.50 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. Kirkland’s reported mixed Q3 results that included a sales miss, but EBITDA was in-line with upside on gross margin, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm is encouraged by the momentum but remains on the sidelines until the company can stack more positive SSS with improved profitability given the balance sheet challenges.
