Susquehanna lowered the firm’s price target on Keysight Technologies to $195 from $208 and keeps a Positive rating on the shares. The firm said the earnings report, guide and the commentary all suggest quarterly bookings have already bottomed while revenues bottoming in the July-Q, though there remains lack of visibility on the rate of recovery which has led the firm to cut estimates.
