DA Davidson downgraded Kellanova to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $83.50, up from $80. Following Mars’ acquisition agreement, the firm said the outcome “jibes with our thesis.” Noting that it thought Kellanova could fetch upwards of $87 per share and noting that Mars’ offer came within 5% of that price, the firm doesn’t anticipate competing offers.
