For the full year 2025, the Company now expects Conversion Revenue to be flat to up 5% year-over-year and raises the Adjusted EBITDA outlook to improve 20% to 25% year-over-year. The increase in Adjusted EBITDA is due to strengthening underlying performance and rising metal prices, which are partially offset by start-up costs associated with the Company’s key strategic investments.
