JX Luxventure announces $5M software equipment sales agreement with BSITC

JX Luxventure (JXG) Group announced that, on September 22, 2025, Jinxuan Digital Technology Co., a subsidiary of the company, entered into a System Equipment Sales and System Research and Development Exclusive Project Service Agreement with Beijing Shuhangtong Information Technology Co. Under the Agreement, BSITC commits to purchasing customized AI intelligent cross-border pharmacy equipment, ERP comprehensive management systems, and SBBC store distribution systems, along with associated secondary development, specialized technical research, and three-year maintenance services, for up to approximately $5M in value. This partnership leverages Hainan’s Free Trade Port policies to strengthen supply chain efficiency and market expansion, enabling seamless integration of advanced e-commerce platforms for duty-free cross-border pharmaceutical and consumer goods distribution.
