Juniper buyout expected to receive unconditional EU approval, Reuters says

HP Enterprise (HPE) is expected to secure unconditional European Union antitrust approval for its acquisition of Juniper Networks (JNPR), Foo Yun Chee of Reuters reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The European Commission is scheduled to decide on the deal by August 1, Reuters adds. Shares of Juniper are up 1% to $37.50 in early trading.
