According to a ruling, the U.S. antitrust case against Live Nation Entertainment (LYV) and Ticketmaster will remain in New York federal court, Bloomberg Law’s Justin Wise reports. The case brought up by the Department of Justice to break up the alleged monopoly on live event ticketing remains on track for trial in NY’s Southern District in 2026, the report states.
